What is your return policy for luxury watches?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn watches. The item must be in its original condition with all protective films, tags, and packaging intact to qualify for a full refund.
Do the watches come with a warranty?
All our timepieces are covered by a minimum 2-year international manufacturer's warranty. This covers any internal movement defects or craftsmanship issues from the date of purchase.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. We also offer express insured shipping which delivers within 1-2 business days, depending on your location.
Can I get the watch strap adjusted before shipping?
Absolutely. If you provide your wrist measurement in the 'Order Notes' at checkout, our specialists will adjust the metal bracelet for you free of charge. We will include the removed links in the box.
