Secure Packaging
Place the watch in its original brand box with all warranty cards and manuals, ensuring it is packed securely inside a shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.
Ship to Service Center
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location, keeping your tracking receipt for reference.
Inspection and Refund
Once our quality control team verifies the watch is in its original condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
